FM invites Malaysian investors to avail opportunities in Pakistan

November 4, 2019: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has invited the Malaysian investors to invest in different sectors of Pakistan including Information Technology, energy, Halal food, oil and gas and construction of inexpensive houses.

Talking to the business community at a reception in Kuala Lumpur on Monday, he said Pakistan's economy is now heading towards stability as a result of difficult decisions taken by PTI government.

Foreign Minister said our positive economic policies have restored the confidence of foreign investors and it is the first time in the last three years that the volume of investment has reached 340 million dollars.

He said the government is undertaking sincere efforts to ensure ease of doing business and this is the reason that the World Bank has declared Pakistan amongst the top ten improvers in the ease of doing business.
