First Dawood Investment Bank renamed as First Dawood Properties

March 06, 2024 (MLN): The name of First Dawood Investment Bank Limited (PSX: FDIBL) has been changed to First Dawood Properties Limited, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

This development follows the approval of shareholders in their Annual General Meeting held on October 02, 2023.

Moreover, the receipt of a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name has been issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

At the time of writing, FDIBL's scrip is being traded at Rs2.45, up by 33 paisa or 15.57% compared to the previous close.
