Fire incident to not hurt profitability of Service

February 11, 2022 (MLN): The incidence of fire that broke out at the factory premises of the Service Industries Limited at Muridke and godowns located at Multan Road Lahore on February 9, 2022, and February 10, 2022, respectively will not have any significant impact on the profitability, the management notified PSX on Friday.

The has caused damage to the raw material store and some finished goods inventory but there has been no damage to the production facilities.

The above assets are fully insured and the insurance companies are assessing the extent of loss caused by the fire break out, it added.
