FFL eyes acquisition of Fauji Foundation's stakes in Fauji Infraavest, Fauji Cereals

November 21, 2023 (MLN): Fauji Foods Limited (PSX: FFL) has disclosed its potential interest in acquiring Fauji Foundation's equity stake in both Fauji Infraavest Foods Limited and Fauji Cereals.

This disclosure was made in the company's filing on the local stock exchange today.

FFL is a subsidiary of Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (PSX: FFBL) and is principally engaged in the processing and sale of toned milk, milk powder, fruit juices, allied dairy, and food products.

At the time of writing, FFL's share is being traded at Rs9.35, up by 0.11% compared to the previous close.
