May 29, 2025 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Feroze1888 Mills Limited (PSX: FML) has, subject to applicable legal and regulatory approvals, approved the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai, UAE.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

The Company has duly caused this Form I statement to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned hereunto duly authorized.
