Federal Reserve terminates enforcement actions against NBP

December 27, 2024 (MLN): The Federal Reserve Board has declared the termination of enforcement actions against the National Bank of Pakistan (PSX: NBP) and its New York branch, the notification issued to the local bourse.

The Cease and Desist Order, issued on February 22, 2022, was terminated on December 2, 2024.

Additionally, a Written Agreement dated March 14, 2016, was terminated on December 17, 2024.
