FBR achieves gross revenue target of Rs 4 trillion despite coronavirus threats

June 30, 2020 (MLN): The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has successfully achieved a target of Rs. 4 trillion in terms of gross revenue despite coronavirus struggles.

The FBR spokesperson announced on official twitter handle that it had collected Rs 3957 billion which is 50 billion higher than the revised target set of Rs 3907 billion for this financial year.

The official said that FBR had collected Rs 411 billion by 3 pm against its June target of Rs 398 billion.

Further, he said despite the rising number of coronavirus cases with 30 employees confirmed deaths, all FBR personnel have been performing their duties efficiently.
