FATIMA eyes Agritech instruments

July 18, 2024 (MLN): Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FATIMA) has decided to attempt procurement of various instruments of Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL), the company's filing on PSX revealed.

These instruments include Ordinary Shares, Convertible Preference Shares, Non-Convertible Preference Shares and Zero Coupon Bonds /Sukuks which are held by banking and other financial institutional investors of Agritech.

The principal activity of Fatima Fertilizer is manufacturing, producing, buying, selling, importing and exporting fertilizers and chemicals. Meanwhile, AGL belongs to the production and sale of Urea and Granulated Single Super Phosphate fertilizer.
