Fateh Industries Ltd opts for voluntary delisting from PSX

December 11, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Fateh Industries Limited, in its meeting held on December 11, 2020, have unanimously resolved to voluntarily delist the company from Pakistan Stock Exchange.

According to the notification issued to PSX, on obtaining consent of Sponsors and majority shareholders for buyback of Company’s shares by them, the Board has authorized company’s CEO or Secretary to apply for the voluntarily delisting of the company’s shares from PSX and take all necessary steps in this respect.
