Exide Pakistan to sell its industrial plot for Rs 552 million

February 14, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Exide Pakistan Limited, in their meeting held on January 30, 2020, have authorized the Company to sell industrial plot of the Company measuring 2.61acres located at D-7, SITE, Karachi and buildings situated thereon to Hassanali Sons for an amount of Rs. 552,015,000.
