European stocks climb at open after mixed Asia showing

November 19, 2021: European stock markets climbed at the open Friday following a mixed end to the week in Asia.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index rose 0.4 percent to 7,284.42 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX index gained 0.2 percent to 16,259.02 points and the Paris CAC 40 won 0.5 percent to 7,174.27.
