September 30, 2020 (MLN): After acquiring 929,000 ordinary shares of Dawood Equities Limited (DEL), the total shareholding of the sponsor Equity International Pvt Limited in the company as on September 25, 2020 is 2,726,500 ordinary shares.

These 2.7 million shares represent 10.92% of total issued shareholding of the company.

The aforesaid information was disseminated by DEL via notification to Exchange.
