ENGRO to delist from PSX, effective January 14

January 13, 2025 (MLN): Engro Corporation Limited (ENGRO) will be delisted from the Exchange effective Tuesday, January 14, 2025, according to the company's filing with the PSX.

This is in accordance with the Scheme of Arrangement between ENGRO and Engro Holdings Limited (ENGROH), formerly known as Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited, and is subject to the fulfillment of the relevant requirements.

Earlier this week, The Board of Directors of ENGROH approved the allotment and issuance of an aggregate of 722.94 million ordinary shares having a face value of Rs10/- each.

These shares will be issued to all eligible shareholders of Engro Corp whose names appear in the register of members as of January 7, 2025.

No fractional shares will be allotted under the Scheme.
