EFG Hermes director election postponed to October 22, 2024

August 15, 2024 (MLN): The election of Directors of EFG Hermes Pakistan Limited (PSX: EFGH) which was initially scheduled for May 25, 2024, and subsequently extended to August 23, 2024, has been postponed till October 22, 2024.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SECP) has directed that the election be held on the revised date.

EFGH informed market participants through a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.
