easypaisa powers PM Shahbaz’s fuel relief 2026

April 08, 2026 (MLN): easypaisa digital bank, Pakistan’s leading digital financial services platform, has taken a pioneering role in supporting the Government of Pakistan in the implementation of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s Fuel Package 2026.

The platform is facilitating fast, secure, and transparent disbursement of financial assistance to millions of eligible citizens across the country.

easypaisa became the first digital wallet to successfully transfer the first batch of funds to truck operators, followed by disbursements for tank lorries, buses, and motorcycles.

Under this initiative, easypaisa has already disbursed Rs1.2bn to over 32,000 beneficiaries, including operators of buses, trucks, long-haul vehicles, and delivery vans.
