Dolmen City REIT declares Rs0.5 dividend per share

September 13, 2024 (MLN): The board of directors of Dolmen City REIT has declared and approved an interim cash dividend of Rs0.50 per unit i.e., 5%, it said in a stock filing on Friday.

On an annualized basis, that is 20%.

The above entitlement will be paid to the unit holders' whose names will appear in the register of Unit I folders on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
