DLL to sell 75% stake in Tenaga Generasi to Artistic Milliners

February 12, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Dawood Lawrencepur Limited (PSX: DLL) has approved entering into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Artistic Milliners (Pvt) Ltd for the sale of the entire shareholding of the company in Tenaga Generasi Limited (TGL), company's filing on local bourse revealed today.

The shareholding of DLL comprises 227,027,613 shares i.e. 75% of the outstanding paid-up capital of TGL including 5 shares held by directors of TGL.

The notice further mentions that the consummation of the proposed transactions will be subject to the approval of the members of the company and procurement of all applicable regulatory and corporate approvals as may be required.
