Din Textile Mills to increase authorized share capital by Rs8bn

May 29, 2023 (MLN): Din Textile Mills Limited (PSX: DINT) has resolved to increase its authorized share capital from Rs2 billion to Rs10bn, by creating 800 million additional ordinary shares of Rs10 each.

The resolution was passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders held on May 29, 2023.

The company said that the new shares will rank pari passu in every respect with the existing ordinary shares of the company.

DINT is a leading manufacturer and seller of yarn and fabric,
