Dawood Hercules retains its shareholding in e2eBE to 39%

May 19, 2020 (MLN): Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (DAWH) in a notification to Exchange has updated that the transaction of pending disposal of 19.86% shareholding of the company in e2e Business Enterprise Pvt Limited (e2eBE) in the annual accounts of the year 2017, 2018 and 2019 has not taken effect and the company retains its shareholding in e2eBE to 39%.
This was due to the delays in recording the transfer of shares in the share register of e2eBE and as per agreement, the company and buyer have agreed not to proceed with the pending transaction.
