DAWH sets closed period on May 06 for board resolutions deliberation

May 03, 2024 (MLN): Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (PSX: DAWH) has designated Monday, May 06, 2024, as a "Closed Period", as the company is in the process of circulating resolutions to be considered by the Board of Directors.
Accordingly, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the company in any manner during the Closed Period.
Furthermore, DAWH further pledges that if there is any material information pertaining to the above resolution(s), the same will be intimated to Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.
