April 26, 2019 (MLN): Dandot Cement Company Limited has announced the transfer of its substantial shareholding to Calicom Industries (Private) Limited, via a notification issued to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Friday.

This was done with reference to the Share Purchase Agreement executed between Mr. Mansoor Rasheed, Mr. Saud Rasheed and Three Star Cement (Private) Limited (as sellers) and Calicom Industries (as buyer) to acquire 63,542,787 shares of Dandot Cement Company Limited.
