CWSM changes name to Infini Data Technologies

January 03, 2025 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Chakwal Spinning Mills Ltd (PSX: CWSM) has approved the new name of the company as "Infini Data Technologies Limited".

The aforementioned approval was made during the meeting held on Friday at the registered office of CWSM, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The proposed name is subject to availability with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

Additionally, the change in the key/primary line of business of CWSM to Information Technology (IT) has been approved.
