CSIL assigns advance to new investors in DSL

August 31, 2023 (MLN): The management of Crescent Star Insurance Limited (PSX: CSIL) has informed PSX that the amount paid to Dost Steel Limited (PSX: DSL) as an advance against the issuance of shares, has now been assigned to new investors.

This is a consequence of the company reaching a broad-based settlement.

“Hence forthwith the company will receive payment against the assignment,” the notice reads.

CSIL is engaged in providing non-life general insurance services mainly in spheres of Fire and property damage, Marine, aviation and transport, Motor, Credit & suretyship, Accident, health, and Miscellaneous.
