CPPA-G settles outstanding receivables with Nishat Power

April 03, 2025 (MLN): The Central Power Purchasing Agency (Guarantee) Limited has made the payment of outstanding receivables to Nishat Power Limited (PSX: NPL), as agreed in the Amendment Agreement.

This is further to NPL's announcements dated December 4, 2024, and February 18, 2025, pursuant to the Amendment Agreement executed earlier with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (GOP) and CPPA.

The principal activity of NPL is to build, own, operate, and maintain a fuel fired power station having a gross capacity of 200 MW in Jamber Kalan, Tehsil Pattoki, District Kasur, Punjab, Pakistan.
