CPEC JWG on Industrial cooperation holds 5th virtual meeting

December 16, 2020: The fifth meeting of the Joint Working Group on Industrial Cooperation under China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was virtually held yesterday.

Executive Director General Board of Investment Khashih ur Rehman who co-chaired the meeting said the framework agreement on CPEC Industrial Cooperation will create new avenues of cooperation.

The Chinese side appreciated the efforts undertaken by the Pakistani side for industrial cooperation between the two countries. They agreed to continue consultation for the signing of the framework agreement at the earliest.
