Court orders PSX to remove WorldCall Telecom from Defaulters’ Segment

In a case hearing of World Call Telecom versus the Federation of Pakistan, Honorable High Court of Sindh (HCS) has advised Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) to remove Worldcall Telecom (WTL) from the Defaulters’ Segment.

Honorable HCS has mentioned the matter of WTL’s claim of USD 93.3 million from Huawei is under adjudication in the Lahore High Court.
