Cordoba Logistics authorized to form NBFC subsidiary

November 08, 2024 (MLN): The management of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL) has been authorized to create, acquire, or incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary with an NBFC license to operate as a Private Equity & Fund Management Company.

This approval was granted by the company's board of directors in their meeting on November 8, 2024.

The Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary are authorized to take any necessary actions to implement this resolution, with the Chief Executive Officer specifically authorized to represent the company in the incorporation of the NBFC.
