Coeus Solutions postpones listing: PSX

March 07 2022 (MLN): Due to the current volatile market situation caused by global oil prices, the Issuer and the Advisor, KTrade Securities Limited to the Issue have decided to postpone the book building of Coeus Solutions Limited, a notice issued by PSX said today.

The advisor through a notice has assured all registered bidders that their margin money shall be fully refunded within three (3) working days, i.e. latest by March 10, 2022.

Coeus Solutions is one of the best equity stories for the capital markets and the business benefits from the current turmoil in Russia and also from any depreciation in the PKR.

The company has some very exciting business developments coming up and the advisor intends to update the bourse about them in the coming weeks as they plan a new date to list on the GEM board.

To note, Coeus Solutions Limited has planned to sell 5 million shares or 16.7 percent of the company on the Pakistan Stock Exchange’s Growth Enterprise Market Board.
