Citi Pharma to move hospital to a new location in Lahore

November 25, 2024 (MLN): The shareholders of Citi Pharma Ltd. (PSX: CPHL) have granted approval for the relocation of the hospital within the city, as disclosed by the company in a filing with PSX today.

Accordingly, the hospital will move from its current location at 71-E/1, Hali Road, Gulberg III, Lahore, to a new site adjacent to Khayaban-e-Zafar / DHA Rahbar, Lahore.

The Managing Director & CEO and/or the Company Secretary have been authorized, either singly or jointly, to undertake all necessary actions, deeds, and activities required to implement the resolution and fulfill its intent.

Following this announcement, the company’s stock price rose by as much as 1.67%, with investors reacting positively.
