Cirin Pharmaceuticals merges completely into ICI Pakistan

March 2, 2020 (MLN): ICI Pakistan Limited has informed to Pakistan Stock Exchange via a notification that the process of amalgamation of Cirin Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd. into ICI Pakistan Ltd. is now complete and that the Scheme of Arrangement has taken effect from March 1, 2020.
