Cherat Packaging to sell Papersack Line IV

August 22, 2024 (MLN): In response to the cement industry's shift from paper packs to polypropylene bags, the Board of Directors (BoD) of Cherat Packaging Limited (PSX: CPPL) has given the green light to sell Papersack Line IV.

Cherat Packaging will continue to meet the demand for paper sacks with its remaining Line III, which has a capacity of 55 million paper sacks per annum.

This strategic move aligns with the evolving market needs and optimizes the company's production resources.
