CEO of Bank Alfalah resigns owing to personal reasons

February 14, 2020 (MLN): The Chief Executive Officer and Director of Bank Alfalah Limited, Mr. Nauman Ansari, has tendered his resignation to the Board due to personal reasons, a notification issued by the Company on Friday said.

The Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting held on February 13, 2020 has resolved to accept the resignation of Mr. Nauman Ansari. The vacancy of the post of CEO will be filled by the Board of Directors in due course, after completing all legal and regulatory formalities.

Until that time Mr. Nauman Ansari will continue performing his role as President/CEO of the Bank.
