CEO ‘Light World’ invests Euro 7.5mn in First Dawood Investment Bank

January 11, 2022 (MLN): First Dawood Investment Bank Limited (FDIBL) has approved an equity investment of up to Euro 7.50 million by Mr Dmitry Plotnikov, CEO/Director of "Light World" of Czechoslovakia, company’s filing on bourse showed today.

In a notice to exchange, FDIBL informed that it had received an offer letter from Mr Dmitry Plotnikov for subscribing Right shares by way of fresh equity injection up to Euro 7.50 million, subject to all regulatory approvals and in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017, Securities Act, 2015, the PSX Rule Book and the Listed Companies Regulations, 2017.

The Board of Directors of First Dawood Investment Bank Ltd approved the Offer through a resolution circulated on January 10, 2022, and authorizing Chief Executive Officer, Mr Rafique Dawood to negotiate and finalize the subscription of Right shares by way of fresh equity injection, the notice said.
