CCM board approves sale of assets in Faisalabad

February 09, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of Crescent Cotton Mills Limited (PSX: CCM) has unanimously approved the sale/disposal of the company's assets located at Nishatabad, Faisalabad, according to a notice issued by the company today.

It is worth mentioning that the board considered and authorized the aforementioned agenda during their meeting held today.

Additionally, the BoD has also recommended holding the Extra Ordinary General Meeting on March 14, 2024, to seek approval of the members.

The company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of yarn and hosiery items along with buying, selling, and otherwise dealing in cloth. Moreover, CCM also operates an embroidery unit.
