KSE – 100 index has hit fresh lows today after going through a steep decline throughout the day. The Exchange has lost more than 1100 points to this moment.

Investors have grown tired and wary of the ongoing political conflicts in the country. With announcement from Pakistan Awami Tehreek & Jamat-e-Islami to hold nationwide protests against the Prsident of US, Donald Trump’s decision of accpeting Israel's demand of Jerusalem as the country's capital and Model Town Massacre is set to unleash a month of uncertainty.

With total value of 6.2 billion, the index has traded a total volume of 163.26 million during the day.

Commercial Banks, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas Exploration Companies and Cement Sector scrips did the most damage.
