Calcorp board approves sale of operating assets to Optimus

September 24, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Calcorp Limited (PSX: CASH) has considered and approved the prospective sales of the company's operating assets (i.e. the vehicles) to Optimus Limited, CASH informed through its latest filing on PSX.

The sale will be made at a price no less than the market value of these vehicles, subject to shareholder approval as required by law.

Moreover, the market value of the vehicles will be determined based on an independent valuation conducted at the time of the transaction.
