BYCO commissions the country's largest Isomerization plant

BYCO Petroleum Pakistan Limited has announced that Byco’s wholly owned subsidiary, Byco Isomerisation Pakistan (Private) Limited, has commissioned the country’s largest isomerization plant.

According to a notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Company Secretary, Majid Muqtadir has revealed that Byco has employed a superior technology with an exceptionally higher capacity of 12,500 BPD, which produces a higher octane valued component of Motor Gasoline.

Byco has been producing and supplying Motor Gasoline at a capacity of 40,000 tons per month, which according to them, will steadily increase in the coming days to about 65,000 tons per month.

Total PMG production capacity is now at 1.25 million tons per annum and will provide substantial substitutions to imports.
