BPTL terminates shares sale, purchase agreement with ESBL

February 14, 2022 (MLN): Escorts Investment Bank Limited (ESBL) has received a notice from Bahria Town (Private) Limited (BTPL) for termination of shares sale and purchase agreement which was signed on September 9, 2021, by BPTL, Mr Syed Sabur Rehman and J.R. Dallas Wealth Management LLC for the acquisition of more than 50% shares and control of ESBL, the company filing on PSX showed today.

The notice was sent by BTPL under clause 10 to terminate the agreement and the agreement shall stand terminated without any obligations and liability on either -party under the terms of the agreement.
