BoP to donate Rs30mn to Akhuwat to install Solar Solution

March 30, 2022 (MLN): The shareholders of Bank of Punjab (PSX: BoP) have in its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday resolved to donate Rs30 million to Akhuwat for the installation of Solar Solution.

The shareholders further resolved all transactions/contracts with Akhuwat for Kamyab Pakistan Program (KPP) to be done on an arm's length basis.

It was also resolved to issue Bonus shares in the proportion of 12.5share(s) for every 100 share(s) held i.e. 12.5%.
