GCIL announces to issue 10% bonus share

November 21, 2022 (MLN): Board of directors of Ghani Chemical Industries Limited (GCIL) has decided to issue bonus shares at the rate of 10%, and to export the liquid plant installed at the Lahore site to the GCC region, the company filing on PSX showed.

In the filing, the company is in the process to install a liquid gas manufacturing plant of 275TPD capacity at Hattar Economic Zone. This plant will be operational in the first quarter of the calendar year 2023.

The further board announced to export one of the existing plants of the Company (with a fair market value of around US$ 3.00 million to US$ 4.00 million) installed at Lahore (of Capacity 110TPD) to the GCC region.

Ghani Chemical Industries Limited will be the first company in Pakistan to export Industrial and medical gases plant & know-how and bring back precious dollars to the country.
