Blue-Ex considers buying e-commerce business

August 23, 2024 (MLN): Blue-Ex Limited (PSX: GEMBLUEX) is considering the acquisition of the domestic e-commerce operations business being offered for sale by an E-com sector company.

The company shared the development in its notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday.

The board of directors will discuss this in their meeting scheduled for August 30, 2024.

The principal activities of Blue-Ex Limited are to act as a cargo forwarder, and provide domestic and international courier and allied services.
