BIPL renamed to AKD Securities Limited

July 25, 2022 (MLN): The name of BIPL Securities Limited (PSX: BIPL) has been changed to AKD Securities Limited, the company notified PSX on Monday.

With regards to the aforestated development, the company requested the exchange to change the trading symbol of the company from "BIPLS" to "AKDSL".

To recall, on June 6, 2022, the honorable Sindh High Court sanctioned the merger of AKD Securities Limited with and into BIPL Securities Limited.

The scrip of BIPL is being traded at Rs10.64, up by 12 paisa or 1.14% DoD.
