BILF temporarily shuts operations, plans asset sale for revival

January 09, 2025 (MLN): The operations of Bilal Fibres Limited (PSX: BILF) remain temporarily suspended, with no major activities taking place during the period ending in December.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
The Board of Directors is currently reviewing and updating the Company’s revival plan through the sale or disposal of its fixed assets, the report added.
This plan will be subject to shareholder approval and the completion of any necessary formalities.
The report further mentioned that upon finalization of the above, the Board meeting will be called to consider and approve the disposal/revival plan.
