BILF requests PSX to remove name from Defaulter's segment

July 10, 2023 (MLN): Bilal Fibres Limited (PSX: BILF) has requested PSX to remove the company’s name from the Defaulter’s segment, BILF’S latest filing on PSX revealed.

The notice states that the economic conditions of Pakistan have continuously been facing different challenges that have resulted in the closure of many textile units.

Nonetheless, BILF strongly believes that the concerned departments must have been taking all necessary steps to deal with the prevalent adverse situation and the textile industry will regain its vital position and accordingly the company will be able to resume its operations positively.

“In light of the above, you are kindly requested that please remove the name of our company from the Defaulter’s segment,” the notice further reads.
