Beacon Impex Intends to Acquire 67.2546% shares of Khurshid Spinning Mills Limited

According to a notification on PSX Website, BMA Capital has announced that it has been appointed as Manager to the offer by Beacon Impex (Private) Limited to acquire up to 8,860,650 shares (67.2546 % of the total issued shares) of Khurshid Spinning Mills Limited .
