Bawany Air Products to acquire ASSM for Rs12bn

August 02, 2024 (MLN): Bawany Air Products Limited (PSX: BAPL) has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the shareholding in Alman Seyyam Sugar Mills Private Ltd. (ASSM).
The total consideration for this purchase is Rs12 billion.
BAPL shared the development in its notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday.
