Balochistan Glass starts production at new plant

June 04, 2024 (MLN): After successfully completing the furnace heat-up process, Baluchistan Glass Limited (PSX: BGL) has commenced commercial operations at its new state-of-the-art plant on June 04, 2024.

The company informed market participants of this development through a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.

The plant has a capacity of 110 metric tons per day of glass production at Baluchistan Glass Limited Unit 1, located in Hub, Baluchistan.

The furnace of the aforementioned plant was ignited on May 15, 2024, as informed by the company via letter on that respective date.

It is worth noting that the company's stock price surged to its upper limit today, likely due to this positive development.
