Azgard Nine gets further extension to issue credit instruments

December 27, 2021 (MLN): The management of Azgard Nine informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) through a notification that duly authorized agent banks of creditors have extended the time period for issuance of sub PPTFCs and new zero-coupon PPTFCs instruments till December 31, 2021.

The notification further stated that the aforesaid extension has no financial impact on the Company.

To recall, the company had intimated the extension in the time period for issuance of above-stated credit instruments, till 25-12-2021, as required under and in accordance with Creditors' Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Honorable Lahore High Court.
