Awwal Modaraba Management Co. to merge all Modarabas AMML

October 26, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Awwal Modaraba Management Company during the meeting held today has resolved in principle to merge all Modarabas under the management of Awwal Modaraba Management Limited (AMML) subject to the approval of Registrar Modarabas/ regulatory authorities.
According to the notification sent to PSX, the merger is likely to benefit the Certificate Holders through cost efficiencies, business synergies, increase capital fund and leveraging, etc.
The Board of Directors has instructed the management to undertake necessary steps in this regard, the notification added.
