Avanceon Ltd’s paid-up-capital increased under Employee Share Option Scheme

July 30, 2019 (MLN): The Paid-up-capital of Avanceon Limited has been enhanced from 192,336,370 to 192,536,370 shares after CDC allotment of 200,000 shares at Rs. 1.2 per share to employees who exercised their share option under Employee Share Option Scheme 2013.
According to the notice issued by the company, the closing market price for the aforementioned shares at the date of credit of shares into the respective CDC sub accounts of the entitled employees i.e. Monday, July 29, 2019 was Rs. 37.71 per share.
